Lynn has the flu (I think). Not the achey achey, sniffle sore throat flu but the achey, achey, sniffle, upchuck your dinner kind. I went through something similar a week ago (without the fever and achey achey) but she's got it worse.
Poor little man... Tristan is snoring and only getting louder or at least that's my insomnia influenced interpretation. Yes, I still have problems getting to sleep. I went back to the Dr's yesterday to have my prescription filled for Sonata after suffering through the use of Diphenhydramine for the last two months. I forgot that Sonata gives me heart burn which is odd since it's not on the list of symptoms (ok maybe that's not odd). Or maybe it's an ulcer? I could string along a flury of crazy symptoms that probably all lead back to stress such as heartburn, neck pain, stiffness (of the not so enjoyable kind) and imsonia.
Anyway, I've tried Ambien and it was awesome (in it's own very odd way) but interferes with what has been a 20+ year pattern now that I need to get up at 6:00am. It's hard to stay awake on Ambien (yeah that's the point) and I just don't feel like I've had a complete day if I don't go to bed after midnight. Ambien lasts eight hours, where Sonata lasts only four so it's perfect.
Oh, I need to do one more thing...my Christmas list.
