1 jigger Gin

1/2 t. Apricot Brandy

1/2 t. Cherry Brandy

1/2 jigger Lemon Juice

Fill shaker with ice. Add ingredients. Shake and strain over ice into glass.

Note: I think it's like a liquid sweet-tart. The first sip is very tart, after that it quickly grows on you.

1 jigger Light Rum

1/2 jigger Kahlua

1/2 jigger White Creme de Cacao

2 dashes Curacao

Fill shaker with ice. Add ingredients. Shake and strain over ice into glass. Garnish.

Note: We call this The Liquid Tootsie-Roll Pop.

We went to the Carolina Renaissance Festival this weekend. A few pictures are posted. I also got a few new pictures up of Tristan as well.

Drinks we're done on Saturday and Sunday with two different crowds. What was funny was that the first set ranked the drinks the opposite of the second set so we ended up with some interesting values. The numbers were a bit skewed as we have taken into account, exactly when, the drink is good. :)

Next time, I need to put some Buffet on to liven up the atmosphere. All in all it was a good time and we've now left the A Train and are heading into new territory with the B list. After reviewing through the recipes...we think B also stands for Blender.
