1 jigger Light Rum

1/2 jigger Apricot Brandy

2 jiggers Pineapple Juice

1/2 jigger Lemon Juice

1/2 jigger Galliano

Dash Grenadine

Cherry, Garnish

Orange Slice, Garnish

Fill shaker with ice. Add first 6 ingredients. Shake and strain over ice into collins glass. Garnish.

This was an all around hit. Everyone loved it, even the licorice aftertaste from the Galliano wasn't bad.

1 jigger Gin

1 jigger Creme de Menthe

1 jigger Pineapple Juice

Fill shaker with ice. Add ingredients. Shake and strain over ice into rocks glass. Garnish.

This drink is very sweet and minty (as the Creme de Menthe should imply). Best done as a shot or double shot.

1 jigger Gin

1/2 jigger Light Rum

1/2 jigger Curacao

1/2 jigger Grapefruit Juice

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Fill shaker with ice. Add ingredients. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

I didn't think this was too bad but the overall rating was a 5.

1 jigger Brandy

1 jigger Curacao

1/4 jigger Lime Juice

1 t. Simple Syrup

Orange Peel, garnish

Fill shaker with ice. Add first 4 ingredients. Shake and strain over ice into glass. Garnish.

Much better than you would think, given the ingredients. Has a deep rich bluish color.
